SHIPMENT COSTS

Delivery and delivery costs

 For the value of the purchase over 80,00 €, we will pay the delivery costs for you! Otherwise, the delivery is 4,90 €.

For orders up to 30,00 €, we charge a cost of preparing the package, which amounts to EUR 5,00 €.

The “cash on delivery” service is charged an additional 1.20 €.

If your order contains many products with sensitive or fragile packaging, we will ensure the shipment with the postal service “fragile” and subsequently charge you an additional 1 €.

The package will be delivered to you by Pošta Slovenije. The package will be delivered the next working day after the shipment is shipped (there are no deliveries during the weekend). On the day of dispatch of the package, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS about the dispatch of the package with the transport number. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail about the delivery of the package. Before delivery, the postman will usually call you. You can pay him in cash or with a payment card (no bank fee). If you are not at the agreed address upon delivery, the postman will send you an SMS and an e-mail and leave a notification in your mailbox.

IMPORTANT NOTICE OF HANDLING IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

In the event that you receive a damaged shipment, you must act in accordance with the instructions of Pošta Slovenije as follows:

You must immediately present the shipment to your Post Office for inspection, including the outer and inner packaging and the contents themselves (it is extremely important that the shipment is left in the condition in which you received it) and request that a report is made. Of course, you can also inform the Post Office that you have received a damaged shipment and someone from the Post Office will contact you and make a Record of the damaged shipment. In the event that you do not handle the damaged shipment in accordance with the instructions of Pošta Slovenije, we will unfortunately not consider your complaint.

In case you do not take over the package due to your subjective or objective fault, we will charge you the costs of preparing the package in the amount of EUR 5.00 and the delivery costs of the package in the amount of EUR 4.90 or more, if higher costs were actually incurred.

For orders and shipments outside Slovenia and the EU, we would like to inform you that delivery is charged according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije, for which you can send us an inquiry to info@wayupboard.com

You can also pick up the ordered products in person at:

WayUp Company (Cesta na Hudo 2, 4290 Tržič)

In this case, of course, you have no shipping costs.

The package delivery price is calculated based on the average weight and value of all packages delivered by WayUp Company sent via Pošta Slovenije. In the event that the weight and value of an individual online order strongly differs from the average weight and value of all sent packages of WayUp Company, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of delivery and notify him in advance.

Our contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije, but we reserve the right to choose another delivery service if we will be able to fulfill your order more efficiently.
